NZ Kawakawa is a skin healing superstar. Well know to help with almost every skin ailment under the sun including: Skin conditions such eczema, skin rashes, boils, sores, abscesses & skin infections. Cuts, wounds & abrasions. Insect bites, Poor circulation, varicose veins & chilblains. Bruises & swellings. Fungal, warts & ringworm. Burns, scalds and sun burn. Aches & pains, rheumatism, neuralgia, arthritis.
Kawakawa also acts as a mild insect repellent & has strong anti-inflammatory, anti-fungal & anti-bacterial properties.

Calendula is almost the European equivalent, as it's been used for centuries to treat a long list of skin conditions. Touted as one of the best herbs for treating skin problems, especially where there is inflammation on the skin (through infection or physical damage), Calendula is used to treat all types of wounds & skin infections.
