Nourishing organic oils have infused for 6 months with Elderflowers, Linden, Rose & Calendula create this delicate facial moisturiser. Lightly scented with organic essential oils of Rose, Rose Geranium & Lavender to give an uplifting and indulging scent.
This is deliciously smoothe & spreadable, gliding onto & quickly absorbed by your skin. This moisturiser is blended with NZ hempseed oil & Almond oil and is recommended for facial care.
The botanical ingredients:
Elderflower is packed with vitamins A, B, C, and E which are excellent for firming the skin & improving complexion & skin tone. Also rich in flavonoids, quercetin & bioflavonoids which help prevent wrinkles from developing, & rich in anti-oxidants which protect against sun and other free-radical damage.
Linden (aka Lime, Tilia spp) is the perfect remedy for stress, tension, overstimulation & tension headaches. The fragrant blossoms have a minor effect on your hormone levels, inducing a state of relaxation for both the mind & body. Linden is soothing & relaxing, bringing relief to inflammed skin, & is ideal for use in ritual self care & massage. Lindens delicate floral aroma instills optimism & positive thinking.
Rose, known as the symbol of love & beauty works wonders for the skin. With it's astringent & cooling properties Rose works as a gentle toner to tighten the skin, staunching any bleeding & calming spots or acne. Rose embodies the ultimate feminine qualities, combined with her aphrodiasiac, calming & softening actions, she works particularly well on emotional aspects of the heart.
Organic Essential oils:
Rose essential oil has a deep, complex, and true rose aroma. It's valued as a skin cell regenerator, mild astringent, mood elevator & aphrodisiac.
Lavender essential oil has a gentle, old-fashioned, soft, floral, herbal scent. It's known to be relaxing & calming to the central nervous system.
Rose Geranium has anti-inflammatory & pain relieving properties, and is used to promote relaxtion and alleviate depressive moods. It's used to restore a sense of balance and stability during mood swings and times of stress and low energy. It's calming yet uplifting actions can ease nervous tension and irritability.
