A Vital Guide

In this day and age of reduced vitamins and nutrients in our modern vegetables, this book introduces true SuperFood back to our memory banks, and our tummies. I bought the Wet, and Dry season books, and the Plantain and Puha pdfs, and am now eating Cleavers, Chickweed, Violet, Puha, Narrow-leaf plantain, Dandelion, plus Nasturtium as part of my diet. There are other weeds too (oops, I mean SUPERFOODS) that I'll include in my kai as I identify them. Wow publications! THANK YOU, Felicity Joy.

Foraging Guides

All of Felicity’s products shine with integrity and careful attention to detail. I bought both foraging guides. The photographs are beautiful and the information very helpful. I’m an experienced forager but bought them to re-inspire my practice and it definitely worked! I read them and the. went straight outside to see what I could find. Highly recommend these lovely guides.
