This lightweight & aromatic massage balm has been infused with the pain relieving & anti-inflammatory properties of Mugwort. Hints of Lavender & Rose Geranium essential oils bring an uplifting yet calming floral aroma, which can calm the senses bringing relief from stress, anxiety & tension.
Massage onto the abdomen and lower back when suffering from menstrual pain, tension & inflammation as well as anxiety & moodiness, or all over the body as desired. You'll smell lovely & feel good with this balm on your skin.

Mugwort is used to support healthy menstruation. It can act as a uterine tonic, stimulating & increasing bloodflow to the uterus, whilst warming up the uterus and pelvic region. The increased circulatory action can help to move stagnant blood which can sometimes cause cramps and pain, whilst it's anti-inflammatory properties can also help to relieve cramping & menstrual tension.
Lavender has anti-inflammatory properties which can help to reduce menstrual cramping by relaxing the muscles. Lavender has a gentle, old-fashioned, soft, floral, herbal scent. It's known to be relaxing & calming to the central nervous system.
Rose Geranium has anti-inflammatory & pain relieving properties, and is used to promote relaxtion and alleviate depressive moods. It's used to restore a sense of balance and stability during mood swings and times of stress and low energy. It's calming yet uplifting actions can ease nervous tension and irritability.
Homegrown Mugwort has been infused in Organic oils for many moons before being hand blended with essential oils & local beeswax to create this balm. This balm is solid when cold, but is a very loose consistency & quickly melts onto the skin, making it an easily absorbed massage balm.
Also available in a Moontime Massage oil.
My skincare is created without the use of synthetic ingredients or chemical preservatives. They are hand blended in small batches, using homegrown, wild harvested & organic ingredients. Please remember to store in a cool, dark place and use within 9-12 months. Packaged in a recyclable metal tin, plastic free.
