I left felicity’s workshop so inspired to forage and with a whole new perspective on my own Weedy garden! Felicity has an incredible knowledge of plants and so much experience using them. Everything about her garden and the workshop was beautiful, wild and thoughtful. We also got to taste some delicious recipes using edible weeds, which was inspiring and made it feel very possible to go home and keep foraging.
After this course- you will suddenly spend all day looking at the ground- looking for a jem of a plant that you thought was a weed but is really good and healthy for you!! Felicity is an amazing presenter who’s knowledge, skill and expertise bring excitement to the subject- where you go away feeling so inspired. I SO recommend this course and ALL of felicity’s products.
I truly loved Felicity's Beginners' Foraging for Wild Edible Weeds. She was very well organised; everything was set up ready to go for the 10 am start. Felicity is very knowledgable on the topic and her passion and love for it shone through at every step of the Workshop. She explained things in clear/easy-to-understand language, and encouraged the asking of questions. I came away from the Workshop infinitely more informed than when I arrived. I loved how she welcomed participants with a choice of kawakawa or ginger tea, and finished the Workshop with a tasting of an edible weed salad and chickweed pesto she'd made from her garden. If you're interested in learning about wild edible weed foraging I highly recommend this Workshop. You won't regret going to one of them.
